- HSI Initiatives launches new position, HSI Research Center Director, funded by Helios and NSF
- The Culturally Inclusive & Experiential Learning Opportunities (CIELO) Program joins HSI Initiatives
2023
- UA recieves $3M from the U.S. Department of Education to fund Project ADELANTE
- UA hosted the USDA Equity Commission's final Public Meeting
- UA recieves $3M from the National Science Foundation to support the AZ HSI Consortium and support students in STEM through Project LISTO
- UArizona recieves $1M from the Helios Education Foundation to increase the presence of the AZ HSI Consortium to launch Project LISTO
- HSI Ambassadors program launches
2022
- The first annual AZ HSI Summit is hosted at Estrella Mountain Community College
- The HSI- Honors Consortium was launched and their first virtual meeting was held in October 2022
- UA awarded recertification on the Seal of Excelencia
- UArizona recognized as a 2022 Fulbright HSI Leader
2021
- The AZ HSI Consortium launches
- NSF INCLUDES Planning Grant awarded to strengthen pathways to STEM graduate education for Latinx students
